Bank of China Limited, New York Branch seeks a qualified professional to assist in ABAC risk assessment, testing, and audit projects across entertainment, vendor contracts, and regulatory compliance. The role includes preparing documentation, supporting legal reviews, and communicating with various departments.

The candidate should have a law-related degree, strong drafting skills, and bilingual English/Chinese abilities.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Law or other related disciplines. Master’s degree or above is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills are required.
Solid experience in legal drafting, researching and writing are required.
Bilingual abilities in English and Chinese are highly preferred

Mansioni

Assist in ABAC risk assessment and testing across areas including Entertainment & Hospitality, QA by Owner Departments, customers and transactions monitoring.
Assist in ABAC audit projects and remediation, serving as primary documentation contact.
Participate in development, reviewing and initial editing of contracts and other legal documents to ensure key risk parameters are met.
Support with regulatory interpretation, issue resolution, and communication with Head Office regarding legal matters.
