Job summary

MJA International Law Group APC in Solana Beach, CA seeks a bilingual/Spanish-speaking Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, be proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word, and possess excellent writing skills.

You will input and track case documents, assist with preparing filings, interact with clients in Spanish, handle phones and scheduling, and support attorneys with visa applications and USCIS updates.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior immigration law experience preferred (1 year).
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Schedule: 8:30–5:30, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Input and track case documents on legal software.
• Assist in preparing legal documents for filing and review by attorneys.

• Administrative work: answering phones, data entry and scheduling client appointments.

Our goal is to provide specialized temporary and permanent immigration for athletes, their families and support staff with an emphasis on the equine industry and major league baseball.

Position
