• Knowledge of state court procedures and filings.

Responsibilities

• Aid with legal work reviewed by supervising attorney.
• Support investigative process by gathering documents.
• Prepare drafts of legal documents such as affidavits, motions.
• File documents with authorities and monitor status.
• Prepare presentations and exhibits for USAA business topics.
• Oversee management of attorneys' files.
• Assist with calendars, administrative tasks.
• Act as liaison between attorney and outside counsel.
• Identify and monitor risks per compliance policies.
