Job Description

National Firm seeks an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant/Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate possesses 5-10+ years of litigation experience within Plaintiff Labor and Employment, has demonstrated experience with e-filing on state and federal levels, has calendared deadlines via CompuLaw, and is familiar with creating shells and pleadings.

Legal Administrative Assistant/Paralegal Job Duties:
  1. Prepare and e-file documents on state and federal levels.
  2. Calendar internal and court deadlines via CompuLaw.
  3. Draft and create discovery shells, pleadings, motions, notices, and other legal documents.
  4. Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit binders, witness lists, jury instructions, and bates stamping.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 5-10+ years of Labor and Employment litigation experience required.
  • Prior experience with iManage, CompuLaw, and Microsoft Outlook strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with cases such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, PAGA, wage and hour cases preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, especially in last-minute situations.
  • Handling multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail.
