Qualifikationen

• Four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative, professional or analytical work experience or a bachelor's degree.
• Two (2) years of paralegal work experience for Legal Assistant II.
• Four (4) years of paralegal work experience for Legal Assistant III.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (Hawaii).
• Substitutions allowed as described in the requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide preliminary legal information and act as conduit between attorneys and clients.
• Perform legal research and prepare summaries of decisions, laws and statutes.
• Prepare cases for court hearings including collection, analysis and evaluation of evidence.
• Draft briefs, memos, legal opinions, stipulations and other documents for review by attorneys.
