• Paralegal work experience demonstrating knowledge of legal processes and procedures.
• Legal research methods and sources of legal information.
• Understanding and explaining legal processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide preliminary legal consultation information and act as a conduit between attorneys and clients.
• Perform legal research and prepare summaries of decisions, laws and statutes.
• Prepare cases for court hearings including collection, analysis and evaluation of evidence.
• Draft briefs, memos, legal opinions, stipulations and other documents for attorneys.
