• Experience in Ediscovery Review (ideally near Lynchburg, VA).

• 1 year of learning when to trust the process and when to improvise.

Responsibilities

• Guard the customer experience through every Trademark Law change.
• Track key metrics and report findings to your manager each week.
• Drive measurable improvements within your area of responsibility.
• Run point on general incidents until they're truly resolved.
• Map the handoffs between VA teams so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Handover Attention Management work in a clear, leave-no-questions-untouched manner.
