The Lipp Law Firm, PC is a Virginia-based, fully remote law firm seeking a Corporate & Employment Attorney to manage a private caseload with autonomy in a flexible, remote-first environment. The role emphasizes client service, collaboration, and practical, business-focused legal advise.

Qualified candidates are Virginia-licensed with 4+ years in corporate and employment law, capable of handling complex contracts and providing strategic guidance while engaging directly with clients.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
• Resident of Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, or Maryland.
• 4+ years of corporate and employment law experience.
• 1300 billable hour expectation for raises/bonuses eligibility.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communicator with collaborative mindset.
• Solutions-oriented with strong business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts.
• Negotiating business agreements and transactions.
• Providing day-to-day outside general counsel guidance and strategic support.
• Supporting the corporate legal team on assigned projects and client matters.
• Building strong, long-term client relationships.

• Fully remote role with required in-person collaboration 1x per month in Fairfax, VA

Requirements:

Bonus Experience:

• Trademark law experience
• An existing book of business
