Job summary

Younessi Law in Los Angeles is seeking a full-time Case Manager/Legal Assistant to support attorneys with all aspects of case assignments. You will manage litigation files, review cases, interview clients or translate, gather facts, and draft and collect legal documents.

You will also help draft shells for discovery, notices, motion templates, declarations, complaints, summons, efiling, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking is required.
• At least some professional experience in legal support.
• Good attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Case management of litigation files and case reviews.
• Interview clients or translate as needed and gather facts.
• Draft and collect legal documents and communicate with clients.
• Assist with drafting shells for discovery, notices, motions, declarations, complaints, summons, and e-filing.
• Support trial preparation and general tasks as assigned.

The applicant will assist with drafting shells for discovery, notices, motion templates, declarations, complaints, summons, civil case cover sheets, efiling, trial preparation.
