Job summary

RWS is seeking Legal Annotators to support AI training for contract management platforms. This is a work-from-home, flexible remotely managed freelance engagement starting immediately, at a rate of $13.95 USD per hour.

You will analyze clauses and terms across international contracts, participate in onboarding and quality reviews, and collaborate in secure client environments to support multilingual data annotation and evaluation tasks.

Qualifications

• Legal-domain knowledge applicable to contracts and cross-jurisdictional agreements.
• Ability to interpret and annotate clauses with attention to detail.
• Experience with data labeling and QA for ML datasets.

• Collaborating on multi-use-case workflows within secure client environments.

What we’re looking for:

• Legal Expertise: Contract or legal domain expertise, with strong legal interpretation and contract-review skills (especially regarding international and cross-jurisdictional contracts).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English alongside the relevant target language.
• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Prior data-annotation experience or familiarity with machine learning data evaluation and quality assurance tasks.
