Job summary

Lex Machina, part of RELX, seeks a Client Relations Specialist to support customers of the premier Legal Analytics product. You’ll resolve issues, train users, and act as a bridge between customers and the Product Engineering Team.

Role requires working regular Pacific Time hours, strong communication, and legal-field experience. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with questions ranging from basic product guidance to complex legal inquiries.
• Become an expert user of Lex Machina and provide guidance and training.
• Provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction mainly via email, some live chat, and occasionally by phone.
• Cover multiple support channels through Pacific Time business hours.
• Serve as voice of the customer to the Product Engineering Team.
• Escalate product bugs or data issues to the appropriate teams.
• Gather and report user insights and feedback to help product development.
• Conduct occasional customer trainings on Lex Machina’s basics.
