Job summary

Lex Machina, a LexisNexis company, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to support customers during Pacific Time hours. You will resolve product questions, train users on Lex Machina’s analytics tools, and serve as the bridge between customers and the Product Engineering Team to improve the user experience.

You’ll need strong written communication, the ability to work independently and in a team, and experience in a professional or legal environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as attorney or in the legal field is required.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience handling stressful situations with patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with questions ranging from basic product inquiries to complex legal questions.
• Become an expert user of Lex Machina and provide guidance and training to users.
• Provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction primarily via email, with some live chat, and occasional telephone support.
• Escalate product bugs or data issues to the appropriate teams and collaborate with internal teams to address feedback.
• Gather and report on user insights, customer service trends, and product development suggestions.
