Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 4+ years of relevant experience with a strong record of academic and professional achievement.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in both the commercial and legal aspects of investment management.
• Experience with investor-facing materials, asset management, compliance, or paralegal work is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review marketing materials, investor questionnaires, and other investor-facing communications.
• Support compliance with marketing, disclosure, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with investment, investor relations, and business development teams to support the development and maintenance of investment products.
• Assist with the legal and compliance aspects of product structuring and distribution initiatives.
