Referment is working with a global investment and technology firm to find a legal analyst for its contracts and privacy work. Working closely with attorneys, you will support document preparation, contract review and the development of privacy processes that help a complex international business operate effectively.

The role is designed for someone with strong analytical and editorial skills who wants to build practical experience across commercial agreements and data privacy. This position is ideal for a professional at the legal assistant or analyst level; please note that formal legal training or a Juris Doctor (JD) is not required as the focus is on operational and editorial support.

The Role

• Prepare contract templates, supporting documents and process materials.
• Review and comment on counterparty terms under the guidance of attorneys.
• Review marketing materials, client-facing slide decks and external communications for legal accuracy and risk exposure.
• Maintain privacy policies and notices and help implement new privacy requirements.
• Support data-privacy impact assessments, contract management and related compliance work.
• Coordinate projects carefully, keeping documents accurate and stakeholders informed.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree and one to three years of post-graduate professional experience.
• Direct professional experience within the Investment Management or Financial Services sector is essential for this role.
• An educational background in Communications or a similar field emphasizing writing and editing is highly desirable.
