We are seeking a full-time Data Entry Clerk to support our defense team by entering and maintaining court data, reviewing documents, and ensuring accurate case information with confidentiality and reliability.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive work with consistency.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with keyboarding and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Enter court cases, appearances, notices, and hearing information accurately.
• Review source documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify entries for consistency; correct errors promptly.
• Open, update, close cases and maintain case statuses.
• Upload and organize documents in electronic case files.
• Provide routine client notifications via the case management system.
