We are seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy, recent college graduate to join a leading law firm and work at the forefront of the rapidly developing intersection of artificial intelligence and legal practice.

The position will work closely with members of the firm's Structured Finance & Derivatives group to experiment with, evaluate, develop, and implement cutting‑edge AI and technology tools designed to transform how lawyers perform their work.

The position will provide an opportunity to work directly with attorneys on real‑world applications of AI to legal workflows—including document drafting and analysis, legal research, transaction processes, and other aspects of sophisticated transactional practice.

This position is particularly well suited for someone who is considering a career at the intersection of technology and law, including candidates who may ultimately pursue law school, technology, legal operations, consulting, or other technology‑focused careers.

  • Research emerging AI technologies and assess their potential applications to legal work.
  • Work creatively with attorneys and technology professionals to develop new approaches to legal tasks that have traditionally been performed manually.
  • All members of the firm are encouraged to participate in our firm’s Global Responsible Business program.
  • Work on other duties as assigned.
