Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys and the Office of the U.S. Attorneys in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Legal Administrative Specialist (Litigation Support) to support criminal and civil divisions with comprehensive case management and automated litigation tools.

If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for a wide range of legal support services in the Criminal and Civil Divisions.
Typical work assignments will include: Assistance with case management and case presentations as well as automated case litigation and management programs; Case management and organization of case files; Automated support necessary to prepare, organize, index, develop, and manage exhibits, evidence, and data; Analyzes automated litigation support functions and monitors system use and response time; Prepares cases for litigation by collecting and evaluating evidence to support the position of the Government.
All academic degrees and coursework must be completed at a college or university that has obtained accreditation or pre-accreditation status from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. For a list of schools that meet this criteria, see www.ed.gov.
OR Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the above education requirements if you can show that the foreign education is comparable to that received in an accredited educational institution in the United States.
