Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP. is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide general office support for our Litigation & Disputes attorneys and paralegals in our Sarasota, Florida office.
This hourly non-exempt role requires 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in litigation, and a strong eye for detail. The position involves maintaining case files, proofreading and formatting documents, managing calendars, and using case management software.
The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide general office support for our Litigation & Disputes attorneys and paralegals. This will include maintaining and organizing files, managing appointments and calendaring deadlines, proofreading and formatting documents, and utilizing case management software to keep cases organized. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative assistant experience, preferably working with litigation matters.
The Legal Administrative Assistant role is an hourly non-exempt position and will work full-time at our Sarasota, Florida office.
