Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience in trust and estate administration, including fiduciary account management.
• Strong understanding of estate planning, investments, and personal financial strategies.
• Knowledge of tax considerations related to fiduciary and individual returns.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements, state laws, and trust administration policies.
• Proven ability to build relationships, retain clients, and contribute to business development.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills with clients, beneficiaries, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their goals and needs.
• Provide guidance on investments, estate planning, and financial strategies.
• Manage fiduciary accounts with moderate to advanced complexity.
• Oversee estate administration from asset collection through final distribution.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, payments, and tax considerations; collaborate with Tax.
