Job summary

You will supervise investment coordination, estate planning support, and partner with the SVP/Trust & Wealth Management to deliver exceptional service and enduring client relationships. Strong communication and compliance with regulatory standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a related field.
• Specialized training in trust and wealth management.
• Relevant professional certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages in business development to grow trust and wealth management relationships in target markets.
• Proactively develops prospects, presents trust services, and grows assets under management.
• Advises on estate planning, coordinates trust agreements, and communicates strategy to clients.
• Develops policies and ensures compliance with bank procedures and regulations.
• Maintains pipeline, tracks goals, and collaborates across the team to build strong morale.
• Coordinates investments for all wealth service accounts and reviews holdings for alignment.
