Job summary

Cornerstone Private Asset Trust Company, LLC is seeking an experienced Trust Officer in Sioux Falls to manage trusts, estates, and fiduciary accounts while growing client relationships. You will partner with clients, advisors, and internal teams to deliver a strong client experience and expand Cornerstone relationships.

The role requires fiduciary expertise, excellent communication, sound judgment, and the ability to mentor others in a collaborative environment within a boutique, client-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Four to nine years of trust and fiduciary experience with emphasis on client service, business development, and trust administration.
• Advanced degree or professional certification such as J.D., CTFA, or CPA preferred.
• Local market experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong client focus, attention to detail, analytical skills, and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted relationship manager for a book of fiduciary clients, overseeing trust and estate administration.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and develop new business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community contacts and professional advisors to identify and win new opportunities.
• Mentor and support team members on trust and estate products and services.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver coordinated client service and manage risk.
