A Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Chef/Cook to join our growing team!

Located in Farmington off Denmark Ave, Legacy of Farmington Senior Living offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a beautiful 70-unit apartment-style community. We are a caring, passionate team dedicated to helping our residents Age Magnificently. Join us today!

Shifts Available:

Part-Time AM with Every Other Weekend

Wage:

$17.50-$22.50 per hour

About the Role:

If you are compassionate and passionate about enriching lives, we want you to join our team. As a Cook/Chef, you will become part of our residents' families and positively impact their lives.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and serve food according to planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, floors, dishes, and utensils.
• Check trays for menu, diet requirements, and accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage of food and supplies.
• Review and implement diet changes and maintain menus following established procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred
• Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff
• Advanced computer skills, including email use
