Central New York Community Foundation, Inc. seeks a Philanthropic Manager to oversee the legacy giving pipeline and support growth of planned giving programs.

You will coordinate with philanthropy staff, advisors, nonprofits, and other departments to ensure a donor-centered experience. Responsibilities include administering the legacy program, preparing materials for donor meetings, supporting events, and maintaining accurate donor data.

Qualificações

• Minimum of three years in nonprofit or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Legacy Pipeline Administration: Manage day-to-day legacy giving pipeline.
• Administrative support for the legacy program including scheduling and stewardship outreach.
• Track legacy intent forms, bequest documents and estate plan confirmations.
