Job Description

Pay: Based on Experience

We are seeking dedicated, quick learners with excellent attendance to join our manufacturing production team. If you're looking to develop your skills in welding and metal fabrication, this is the opportunity for you!

Essential Functions:
  1. Set up equipment and weld metal parts using TIG welding processes.
  2. Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, bolting, or riveting.
  3. Repair broken or cracked parts, fill holes, and modify metal components.
  4. Position and clamp components for welding, securing them with bolts, clamps, or tack-welding.
  5. Lay out, align, and fit components together.
  6. Select equipment and plan layout, assembly, and welding procedures.
  7. Participate in group meetings to learn new or updated tasks.
  8. Inspect welds for defects.
  9. Ensure timely completion of production requirements.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Proficiency in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and calculating rates, ratios, and percentages.
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed written and oral instructions.
  • Problem-solving skills related to welding issues.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and openness to change.
  • Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to handle change, delays, and unexpected events.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily.
Education and Experience:
  • Prior welding experience required, with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in sheet metal fabrication and assembly required.
