Job Description

Pay: Based on Experience

Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in manufacturing production labor? If you are dedicated, a fast learner, and have great attendance, this is the job for you!

Essential Functions:
  1. Set up equipment and weld metal parts using TIG welding processes.
  2. Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, bolting, or riveting.
  3. Repair broken or cracked parts, fill holes, and enlarge metal parts.
  4. Position and clamp components for welding; bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts to secure them.
  5. Lay out, position, align, and fit components.
  6. Select equipment and plan layout, assembly, and welding.
  7. Attend group meetings to learn new or modified tasks.
  8. Examine welds for defects.
  9. Ensure timely completion of production requirements.
  10. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Ability to perform basic math operations and compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.
  • Problem-solving skills related to welding.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and openness to change.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to handle change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily.
Education/Experience:
  • Previous welding experience required, with at least 2 years in manufacturing.
  • Experience in sheet metal fabrication and assembly required.
