Position Summary

Part‑time Sales Lead – entry‑level leadership role responsible for opening and closing the store, supporting sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and executing day‑to‑day store operations. The Sales Lead works with the Store Manager to maintain merchandising standards and customer engagement strategies to create a positive in‑store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, process freight, manage point‑of‑sale transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging customers, offering product recommendations, and assisting in fitting rooms.
• Recommend products through suggestive selling, promote the rewards program, and achieve weekly loyalty sign‑up goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Assist with daily operations, including inventory replenishment, returns, and loss prevention audits.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of other leadership team members, communicate employee concerns to the Store Manager, and support onboarding and training of new team members.

Job Requirements
