Super Bright LEDs is seeking a Technical Product Writer to join our Web Content team. You will craft long-form and short-form technical content for product pages, category descriptions, and manuals, ensuring accuracy and a consistent brand voice across all materials.

Responsibilities include translating complex lighting tech into user-friendly content, collaborating with product managers and the test lab, and leveraging AI tools to improve drafting and editing while maintaining technical rigor.

Qualifications

• Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences including end-users, installers, and sales professionals.
• Write product descriptions, feature highlights, and technical specifications for websites, emails, docs, and other formats.
• Proofread and edit content; review updates to reflect product changes and industry standards.
• Use AI and content tools to improve drafting, editing, research, and content optimization while verifying accuracy and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Test Lab to translate features into selling points with a technical tone.
• Research the lighting industry and eCommerce landscape to inform content creation across departments.
• Produce technical documentation, user manuals, and installation guides with accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain consistency across all customer-facing materials and ensure alignment with branding.
