Job summary

Fusion Sign & Design LLC, a leading electrical signage manufacturer in California, seeks a Wire and Assembly associate to join our production team. You will assemble components, read schematics, perform soldering, LED assembly, and wiring tasks in a fast-paced sign manufacturing environment.

The role requires basic use of hand and power tools, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Ability to use basic power and hand tools and general shop equipment
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Meet production demands and complete tasks on schedule
• Work independently and be dependable, report to work on time
• Willing to work overtime when required and follow verbal instructions

Responsibilities

• Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies
• Read and decipher schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions
• Soldering, LED assembly, wiring, and packaging
• Position or align components and parts manually or with a hoist
• Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts
• Understand and comply with UL rules pertaining to the job
