Job summary

Casco Signs, Inc in Concord, NC is seeking an assembly technician to follow design and engineering diagrams to assemble sign parts and install LED lighting. You’ll be the last hands on our signs before customers see them, ensuring quality control.

This role is ideal for someone with little experience to learn the sign industry and grow toward project management or sales through hands-on sign-building knowledge.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a measuring tape and follow diagrams.
• Some experience with hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Electrical work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build sign faces and channel letters.
• Perform line voltage electrical work (120/277V).
• Perform low voltage electrical work (12/24V).
• Soldering.
• Install LED lighting.
• In-shop sign repair.
• Light construction.
