Job summary

Planet Green Search seeks a Technical Project Coordinator for our LED Data Center projects in San Francisco. The role focuses on keeping workflows, tracking milestones, and coordinating across engineering, operations, and customer service to ensure on-time delivery.

You will perform AGi32 calculations, manage digital project folders, review drawings, and prepare submittals while collaborating with internal teams in a hybrid SF HQ setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with lighting specifications, controls layouts, photometric files, and submittals.
• Ability to read architectural and electrical drawings and project deliverables.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Keep internal project workflows, task tracking, and documentation clean and current for the Director and team.
• Run AGi32 lighting calculations to support design intent and reviews.
• Own structured digital project folders with naming conventions and version control.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to prevent slips.
• Review drawings to help faster, better decisions.
• Use Revit and Bluebeam for markups and coordination.
• Prepare submittals (cut sheets, IES files, technical packages).
• Maintain trackers and templates in Microsoft Office.
