Qualifications

• Hold a JNC-recognised Youth Work qualification (or historic equivalent).
• GCSE English and maths (or willingness to achieve Level 2).
• Commitment to gaining CertEd and Assessor qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and sustainability of a high-quality Youth Worker qualification aligned to sector standards.
• Deliver and assess Youth Work programmes and teach across Health, Social Care and Childcare.
• Oversee assessment, QA and learner progress to support improvement and KPI achievement.
• Build and maintain partnerships with employers and community organisations to enhance placements.
• Promote safeguarding, inclusion and health & safety across college activities.
