The University of Central Florida’s Dr. Yvette Kanouff School of Data, Mathematical and Statistical Sciences invites applicants for three nine-month, non-tenure earning lecturer positions in mathematics beginning August 2027.

Selected candidates will develop curriculum and pedagogy to improve student learning in undergraduate math courses and contribute to the school’s equitable workload policy while engaging in service to the academic community.

Qualifications

• PhD in mathematics or closely related field by hire date.
• Undergraduate teaching experience in mathematics.
• Preference will be given to candidates with multiple teaching experiences, course coordination, and use of online technology in math courses.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum and pedagogy to improve student learning in undergraduate math courses.
• Contribute to the school’s equitable workload policy and academic community.
• Fulfill teaching duties and service assignments as per workload policy.
