The Honors College at the University of Houston is hiring apart-time Lecturer to teach in its Human Situation sequence.

Applications are sought from teaching faculty in arts, humanities,and qualitative social sciences, especially those who have taughtcore texts and major works using a great books approach.

Responsibilities will include holding two office hours weekly tosupport student learning and address course-related questions,utilizing the university's learning management system (Canvas) topost course materials, assignments, and grades in a timelymanner.

Theapplication review begins immediately and will continue until adecision on the position has been made.

Qualifications

• PhD Required
