Nevada State University invites applications for a Lecturer of Human Health Sciences with a background in anatomy and physiology, microbiology, and/or introductory biology. This 12-month position is based at the Henderson campus with potential teaching at the North Las Vegas campus.

The role supports the Department of Physical and Life Sciences and aims to foster interdisciplinary curriculum development and student-focused instruction within the School of Liberal Arts, Sciences, and Business.

Responsibilities

• Teach 30 credits per academic year, including fall, spring, and summer terms.
• Teach primarily lower-level courses in Anatomy and Physiology, Fundamentals of Life Science, and General Microbiology in-person.
• Serve on departmental and university-wide committees.
• Engage in professional development activities.
