• Master’s degree in HRD, Organizational Learning and Development, or a closely related field.
• Evidence of effective teaching at the college/university level.
• Doctorate in HRD, Organizational Learning and Development, or a closely related field.
• Professional experience in talent development, organizational learning & development, and organizational change.
• Experience with online teaching and instructional technology.
• Evidence of curriculum development or instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate HRD courses and support student success.
• Develop and update HRD curriculum and instructional materials.
• Contribute to program advancement and department initiatives.
