Sysco is seeking a Leave of Absence Analyst responsible for managing employee leave and return to work processes. This role ensures a smooth experience for colleagues while adhering to legal requirements and company policies.
You will evaluate leave requests, provide guidance, and collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with leave laws. Ideal candidates will have a degree in HR or Business Administration and strong knowledge of relevant laws.
This role will be based onsite at either Sysco Boston or Sysco Metro New York based on candidate location.
The Leave of Absence Analyst is responsible for managing employee leave and return to work processes, ensuring a smooth process for colleagues while adhering to legal requirements and company policies. This role involves coordinating with HR, business leaders, colleagues, and our third party leave and workers comp administrators.
