Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience administering employee leave programs.
• Experience with FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' comp and state-specific leaves.
• Experience with HRIS and confidential records.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, lookups, data analysis).

Responsibilities

• Leave administration including FMLA, state leaves and other company programs.
• Coordinate with UNUM and payroll to ensure accurate leave processing.
• Guide employees and managers through leave and return-to-work processes.
• Maintain compliant documentation and communications.
• Support benefits administration and annual enrollment activities.
• Prepare workforce metrics related to leave and accommodations.
