Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Leave & Benefits Administrator to oversee multi-state leave programs and benefits. The role focuses on compliance, employee guidance, and cross‑functional collaboration with HR Partners across locations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years HR experience and proven expertise in FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, and ERISA. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to support a growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer all employee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, PFL, state leaves, workers' comp, military, personal and parental leaves).
• Manage leave cases from initiation to return-to-work with documentation review.
• Coordinate with third-party leave admins and insurance carriers.
• Maintain leave records in HRIS and ensure regulatory compliance.
