JOB SUMMARY:
The Leave Administrator will be responsible for integrated disability management, which includes Short Term & Long-Term Disability, Family Medical Leave, and Workers’ Compensation. Administer all Workers’ Compensation claims and contact our Third-Party Administrator directly. This individual will process all Disability and Leave claims, review requested employee accommodations by following the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and assist with the administration of all benefit and retirement programs, including medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-and long-term disability, and 401(k). This role will perform all other related duties as assigned.
