Qualifications

• Experience with case management and leave administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process requests for FMLA, ADA, short-term disability, and state paid leave.
• Provide guidance on leave policies and rights to colleagues.
• Review and audit return-to-work processes for compliance.
• Coordinate leave processes with external vendors and internal units.
• Review medical documentation for legal compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues on leave.
• Maintain regular communication with colleagues on leave.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and management on leave administration and RTW.
• Monitor applicable leave laws and implement policy changes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential leave records.
• Generate reports on leave trends and compliance metrics.
