Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalency required.
• Two years of experience in HR operations, leave administration support, benefits coordination, or related administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Process initial leave requests and intake, route to Sr. Consultant when escalations arise.
• Process maternity/parental leave cases and update calendars.
• Coordinate non-medical leaves and monitor timelines for approvals.
• Process military leaves and maintain required documentation (EPAFs, RFLs).
• Maintain late tracking sheets and distribute logs for the team.
