Job summary

L'Oréal USA and SalonCentric is seeking a Manager of Employee Leave & ADA Accommodations Support in Tampa, FL. You will lead a team of HR specialists delivering comprehensive leave administration and ADA accommodations, partnering with HR, payroll, and legal to provide a seamless, compliant employee experience.

The role emphasizes scalable processes, vendor collaboration, and strong regulatory knowledge to support our US employee population in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in HR operations, leave administration, or ADA accommodations.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of STD, LTD, FMLA, and state leave laws.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR specialists in the Leave & ADA accommodations function and develop staff.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, and vendors to ensure compliant, employee-centric processes.
• Oversee STD and LTD program administration and reporting.
• Manage waiver of premium and death claim processing for LTD cases.
• Ensure ADA compliance, training, and escalation management.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects affecting leave and accommodations.
