Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
• Two (2) years of relevant experience with various leaves to include FMLA, STD, LTD, and other leave programs.

Responsibilities

• Manages leaves of absence benefits and ensures compliance with FMLA and state leave laws.
• Serves as point of contact for internal stakeholders to identify and provide leaves of absence benefits.
• Implements policies via timelines, documentation, and quota balances; informs vested parties.
• Maintains employee privacy and confidentiality aligned with regulatory standards.
• Maintains accurate records and supports data analysis to identify patterns and trends.
