Kate Spade New York is seeking a Creative Studio Assistant in the Design Department. The role supports the development, organization, and execution of seasonal product and brand initiatives, reporting to the Sr Director, Creative Studio.

You will coordinate presentations, maintain archives, and help ensure milestones are met. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful and creative with a strong eye for visual storytelling, color and design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in a creative, fashion, design, or product development environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining seasonal presentation decks, concept boards, visual storytelling materials, and project communications.
• Create realistic renderings of existing products using AI-powered tools and visualization technologies.
• Support milestones by preparing tools/resources for meetings, capturing decisions, and distributing recaps.
