Guardian Properties LLC is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Leasing Agent to support day-to-day property operations, fill vacancies, conduct tours, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

No prior leasing experience required—training provided—but a strong service mindset and solid communication skills are essential to guide applicants through the leasing and application process, manage inquiries, and coordinate move-ins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leasing, Customer service or Sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual property tours.
• Showcase community features and apartment amenities.
• Guide applicants through the leasing and application process.
• Prepare and explain lease agreements and documentation.
• Manage and update online listings and marketing materials.
• Support marketing efforts, including social media and outreach.
• Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and lease terms.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and coordinate move-ins.
