Qualifications

• One or more years of sales experience required.

• One or more years of property management/leasing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and daily transportation for duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing properties to prospective residents.
• Inspect models and made-ready units daily.
• Conduct outreach marketing as assigned.
• Complete lease applications and process verifications.
• Inspect property daily and submit reports.
