Job summary

The Wren by Pedcor Homes Corporation in Carmel, IN is seeking a customer-focused Leasing Representative to turn inquiries into lease signings and deliver exceptional service.

You will tour apartments, process renewals, manage move-ins/outs, and work weekend shifts while upholding Fair Housing guidelines. Training is available for the right candidate with at least 1 year in leasing or related fields.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing, sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and practices.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Weekend availability required.
• Property management experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with lease agreements, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Maintain strong resident relationships and contribute to resident retention efforts.
• Follow Fair Housing guidelines and company policies.
• Support community marketing and leasing goals.
• Participate in weekend leasing activities as needed.
