InterSolutions is seeking a Leasing professional in Robbinsville, MS 38664 to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and assess housing needs. You will help applicants with applications, lease forms, and background checks while delivering on-site service.

This role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, familiarity with leasing software, and weekend availability. Training, career coaching, and permanent placement opportunities are provided by InterSolutions.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Familiarity with leasing software (Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI).

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and closing leads.
• Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks.
• Collect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident moveins.
• Communicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents.
• Follow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease.
• Ensure apartments are movein ready by inspecting, and adding lastminute touches when appropriate.
• Seek out new residents with creative marketing techniques.
• Manage the lease renewal process and retention efforts.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.
