InterSolutions, LLC is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant in Rome, GA to warmly greet visitors, show available units, and assess housing needs. You will guide applicants through applications, leases, and screenings while collecting deposits and rent to finalize move-ins.

Successful candidates will combine people skills with basic computer know-how and familiarity with leasing software; weekend availability is required to support busy property communities.

Qualificações

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media.
• Knowledge of leasing software such as Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI.
• Ability to work weekends as required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs and preferences.
• Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, applications, leases, and checks.
• Collect deposits, rent, and other move-in charges.
• Explain lease terms and community policies to residents.
• Follow up with leads and prospects that did not lease.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready with inspections and touches.
• Market to attract new residents using creative techniques.
• Manage lease renewals and retention efforts.

As a Leasing Professional, you ll play a key role in creating an outstanding living experience for both current and prospective residents. This position reports to the property manager.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and closing leads
• Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks
• Collect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident moveins
• Communicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents
• Follow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease
• Ensure apartments are movein ready by inspecting, and adding lastminute touches when appropriate
• Seek out new residents with creative marketing techniques
• Manage the lease renewal process and retention efforts
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries
