Responsibilities

• Leasing and sales: greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases, ensure move-in readiness.
• Resident experience: respond to inquiries, coordinate maintenance, support renewals, plan resident events.
• Marketing and outreach: participate in community events, monitor advertising results, assist with signage and promotions.
• Administrative support: enter leases in Yardi, follow procedures, support the Property Manager.
